Registration Details

What is needed for the application?

To register for the school, students will need to submit:

  • A Student Application

  • A Pastor Recommendation Form

Both of these forms can be accessed below

For Pastor Recommendation Forms:

  • Hand a physical copy of the form to your church pastor.

  • Once the form has been filled out and signed by your pastor, you can attach/upload a photo of the form directly right here, or by using the link below.

For Student Application Forms:

  • Student Applications can be filled out using the link below.

  • The Student Application Form will take some time to fill out. It cannot be “saved” and submitted later. It must be filled out entirely. Please account for this when filling the form out.

Payment Details

The cost for the school is $1500 per student. This cost will include housing as well as food.

As of right now, the school will be accepting check payments only.

  • Checks can be made out to Slavic Pentecostal Church with a memo of “Cornerstone Bible School“.

  • Checks can be mailed to: PO BOX 26751, Rochester NY, 14626.

  • Please make sure the student name is written on the check before mailing.
